The ISO 9001 audit is a testing time for our Office Manager, Laura Govier. However, thanks to our effective data management and procedures, our auditor was pleased to report no non-conformances.
From our company manual, to enquiry handling and equipment maintenance, effective management and monitoring systems were found to be in place.
To help us meet our objective of providing excellent service, and to help us celebrate achieving that goal, we encourage all our clients to give us feedback at any time and to take the opportunity of using our feedback form when invited to do us at the end of a project.
