If you complete and submit a fee proposal request form online, we collect and process personal information about you, including:

  • Your title, first name, surname, job title / role and Company name (if applicable), correspondence address including postcode, email address and telephone number/s;
  • The site project name, site address and location, nature of the project, details of any previous ecological survey work carried out for the project, service required (if known) and details of any project time restraints; and
  • Contact details of other consultants / key persons relating to the project, including full name, job title and Company name (if applicable), email address and telephone number/s.

This website will submit this information directly to ECOSA who will use it to generate a project specific quotation; this will then be submitted via the email or correspondence address provided.

If we have worked together on a project, you have the option to provide us with feedback about your experiences via our online Customer Satisfaction Survey form. If you complete and submit a Customer Satisfaction Survey form online, we collect and process personal information about you, including:

  • Your personal opinions on the quality of the services received; and
  • Your full name, email address, Company name (if relevant), project details and any additional comments you wish to submit to us.

This website will submit this information directly to ECOSA who will use the information submitted to monitor the quality of services provided to our clients. If we would like to quote a response you have given to us via our Customer Satisfaction Survey for marketing purposes, such as for display on the Testimonials web page (www.ecosa.co.uk/about-us/testimonials) of our website, we will always write to you in the first instance to ask for your permission.
