We are pleased to announce that Ecological Survey & Assessment Limited has joined Trinity Consultants, an international environmental, health, and safety consulting firm.
ECOSA founder and Managing Principal Ecologist Simon Colenutt will continue to lead the team, providing technical expertise, client management, and staff development. According to Mr. Colenutt, “It has been a pleasure getting to know Trinity and its business model. Trinity's proven track record in acquiring specialty EHS companies and helping them to grow is certainly impressive and holds great promise for ECOSA and our staff. We, as a team, at ECOSA are particularly excited about the potential that the acquisition has created to expand in terms of geographical areas and services offered. This would be the realisation of our longer-term business plan. We look forward to this new phase in the history of ECOSA.”
Trinity Managing Director Mike Remsberg will oversee integration of ECOSA with Trinity.
